The project was developed and constructed in 2020/2021, and is the perfect choice for middle-income group of families that can additionally apply to Mi Vivienda subsidy.

The project considers 9 units of nearly 85 sqm each (in 3 levels), with an innovative design and layout with comfortable common spaces for the units that are part of this stage.
